To be fair, the same could be said about any low-rent, overworked primary care clinic, but utilizing the clinics attached to the larger medical systems around that share records is better in the event you need additional work-up. It's not so much that they necessarily "miss" these diagnoses, but their model is best suited for "common things being common," so if you've got something weird but innocuous, it can delay treatment. However, if you have something that isn't obviously complex with undifferentiated symptoms, it's possible you'd need further work-up that they can't provide. The optimal model is that you're going there for something easy to manage, which they know and generally won't attempt to manage overtly complex medical problems.
If it's the difference between getting treated or not getting treated, they're great.
